With gentle, rhythmic movements aimed to improve the flow on lymphatic fluid through your body, this session can stimulate the immune system, reduce swelling and water retention, promote relaxation and provide an overall lightness in the body.
Lymphatic Drainage
This gentle technique supports post-surgical recovery by reducing swelling, relieving discomfort, and promoting circulation to help minimize scar tissue. By enhancing the body’s natural healing, post-operative lymphatic drainage encourages a faster, more comfortable recovery. To ensure availability, we suggest scheduling your sessions in advance of your surgery date.

Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle modality that helps to regulate your central nervous system. These sessions are done fully clothed, and the touch is very gentle. Regular craniosacral therapy sessions can be very effective to help relieve chronic stress, insomnia, headaches, migraines, fatigue or TMJ.

Postnatal care continues to support new mothers by alleviating pains and tensions resulting from childbirth, promoting body recovery, and offering a gentle, soothing moment of relaxation for the nervous system.

Facial Lymphatic Drainage is a natural way of promoting healthy, well hydrated, smooth, and glowing skin. It can reduce dark circles under the eyes, brighten skin and also promote cell renewal and improve elasticity. It is also beneficial for treating sinus congestion.
For optimal results, it is best to receive these sessions regularly.
Facial Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This session begins with a massage to reduce muscular tension for your face, neck, scalp and jaw. Then it is followed by a lymphatic drainage for your face and neck which can help improve the appearance of your skin, increase blood flow and tissue regeneration, and reduce puffiness and redness.
We finish with Reiki energy to help you relax and integrate.
