Swollen ankle and feet foot soak for a blissful and nurturing foot soak, especially after being on your feet all day! Refresh your feet while reducing mental fatigue and energizing the mind.
● 3 drops of Lemongrass Oil
● 2 drops of Lavender Oil
● 3 tbsp of Sea Salt
● 1 tsp of Jojoba Oil
● 1 tsp of Baking soda
Add essential oils to 1 tsp of jojoba oil.
Add the essential oils and jojoba to the small grain sea salt and
Prepare a hot water foot bath and test to ensure it isn't too hot.
Add blend to the foot bath.
Soak feet and relax for 15 minutes.
