Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle modality that helps to regulate your central nervous system. These sessions are done fully clothed, and the touch is very gentle. Regular craniosacral therapy sessions can be very effective to help relieve chronic stress, insomnia, headaches, migraines, fatigue or TMJ.

Hot Stones are paired with Swedish Massage Therapy. Stones are heated and used with oils to soothe, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.

Shiatsu massage is done fully clothed and incorporates the use of stretching and mobilisations to help you feel more balanced in your body. We will work with your meridian system, freeing up areas where the energy is not moving freely. This type of massage is very energizing and grounding.

Massage specialized for expecting mothers. It can help ease anxiety and stress both physically and emotionally. Manual lymphatic drainage can be added if needed to help with water retention. This massage is gentle and soothing to the nervous system.

Reiki is an energetic balancing technique. It's goal is to clear away stagnant energies, old thought patterns and emotions, and to energize and revitalize. It brings balance, and a deep state of relaxation to most people who experience it. It can be helpful in times of stress or change, and helps us to build our resilience. Reiki gives us back our personal power by reconnecting us to our higher intelligence, the part of us that "knows" how to find ease and balance.

Facial Lymphatic Drainage is a natural way of promoting healthy, well hydrated, smooth, and glowing skin. It can reduce dark circles under the eyes, brighten skin and also promote cell renewal and improve elasticity. It is also beneficial for treating sinus congestion.
